These terms govern your use of the rego website and mobile app operated by IRAZ TECHNOLOGY COMPANY. By using the service you accept them.
Account
- Your account is opened with a one-time code sent to your phone. You are responsible for keeping your phone and account secure.
- Your name and address must be accurate; incorrect details may prevent delivery.
- You can delete your account at any time in My account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Orders
- Prices shown include VAT. Your basket is recalculated on our server when you order; if a price or stock level has changed, we ask you to confirm.
- For weighed products (fruit, vegetables, deli) the amount shown is an estimate; the final amount is set after weighing.
- If an item is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar item, you are asked, or it is removed, according to the substitution preference you chose.
- The formation of the contract and your right of withdrawal are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement.
Delivery
- We deliver only within our service areas and while the store is open. Delivery times shown are estimates.
- Someone must be at the delivery address to receive the order.
- Age-restricted products such as alcohol and tobacco are handed over only to people aged 18 or over after an ID check; otherwise they are not delivered.
Payment
Payment is made at the door in cash or by card. If an incorrect amount is charged, the difference is refunded or requested.
Cancellations and problems
You can cancel your order in the app before preparation starts. Report missing, damaged or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery via Report a problem on the order page.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully, place fake orders, overload it with automated tools, use someone else's account, or behave inappropriately towards our couriers.
Intellectual property
Trademarks, logos, design and content belong to IRAZ TECHNOLOGY COMPANY or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
Liability
We work to keep the service available but are not liable for delays caused by maintenance, technical failures or force majeure. Liability that cannot be limited by law is not affected.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. These terms are governed by the law of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and its courts have jurisdiction. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
